Some of our offerings:

Spirit animal retrieval : can also be known as power animal and medicine animal who is usually found through drumming journey .When integrated within they can become a wonderful ally and helper in daily life.

Limpia : this has origins in Mesoamerican shamanism and  similarly to the eastern tradition of acupuncture  Limpia can be of benefit to people everywhere. It is a form of energy cleansing with eggs and herbs and can include a medicine walk to invite the spirit of the land to bring balance.

Space clearing : there may be times when a room needs more than a good vacuum and duster. With sound and smoke it is possible to create lighter energy and a happier place .

Shamanic counselling: through listening, reflecting , connecting with spirit and our personal allies,we can ask for help .

Meditation: including visualisation, sound and  following breath  we can learn ways to find the still small voice within.

Reiki  in person and distance healing

I am able to hire a room where I can drum, based in Bury St Edmunds. I ask that you contribute to the hire plus my expenses. I can also come to you depending on distance and it's also possible to drum and journey via zoom.If you want to contact me please use the form and we can arrange a phone call or correspond by email if you prefer. No charge for either and sometimes a talk is what's needed.If you have a friend interested in finding their power animal, I can facilitate two for one fee ,but any deeper journeys or energy healing would need to be one to one.
